Sean just won employee of the year with us. Sean is doing really well, and was presented with the award today by Daniel Boyle, our Financial Controller.
Sean continues to progress well, and is now doing more advanced work with me, including Excel Spreadsheets with “copy and paste” and “autosum” and it’s a little more challenging which he really enjoys! He takes great pride in his work and is a real pleasure to have here each week, where he is extremely popular with his co-workers.

I've worked in Tesco since 2001 in various roles. It's handy to have extra cash to do things. If I have any issues, Connect are always there for me.If I want to take some annual leave, I tell my manager and my job-coach. Also, I'm doing work experience in a reception and I'd like to work in an office in the future.

Families

Cathy & Paddy Kelly, parents of Neil -

We are very grateful to Connect and to Neil's Jobcoach, Rob, who identified Neils strengths and interests and just kept going until he found the right placement. His determination and enthusiasm has been a godsend.

Thanks to Connect, Neil got a chance to do a work placement for his dream company. Today, Neil loves the work he is doing.

Connect sees a person's abilities first and foremost and then searches out the right job opportunity. Connect have been brilliant. Being pro-active, constructive and really considering the client, Connect really made a difference. A big thank you to Connect.
